How does setup work?
We do it with you, white glove. A read-only connection to QuickBooks, your preferences on tone and timing, and a walkthrough of the dashboard. Most businesses are live within a week, and you approve every touch until you are comfortable.
Is there a free trial?
No. Setup is real work we do for you, so we start with a conversation instead. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time.
What counts as an influenced collection?
A payment that lands within two weeks of the agent's follow-up on that invoice. Attribution is shown on your dashboard, dollar by dollar, so you can check our math.
Will my customers know it is an AI?
If they ask, she always says so, honestly and warmly. Most conversations simply feel like a polite call from your finance department.
What happens if I go over the included texts or minutes?
Nothing surprising. We reach out, look at the volume together, and agree on the right plan. No automatic overage line items.
Is the texting compliant?
Yes. Registered business texting, opt-out honored on every message, do-not-contact is permanent, and no calls before 8am or after 9pm.
